Yesterday we announced that BrightInsight received the 2018 Google Cloud Partner of the Year Award for Healthcare and Life Sciences. We received the prestigious award at the annual Google Cloud Next conference, taking place this week in San Francisco, CA.
Selected out of hundreds of partner companies, BrightInsight was recognized for this year's award due to our tremendous progress since launching our BrightInsight Platform in March 2018, including selection as Novo Nordisk’s global digital health partner to develop innovative solutions for diabetes patients.
Designed to support up to Class III medical device and combination product intended uses, BrightInsight is a unified Internet of Things (IoT) platform that enables biopharma and medtech organizations to develop and host digital health devices, apps and algorithms at scale while maintaining compliance with privacy, security and regulatory requirements across the globe.
In partnership with Google Cloud, we developed a highly-differentiated change control process to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure that changes to the cloud do not affect BrightInsight customer’s intended uses.
"We're delighted to recognize BrightInsight as Google Cloud Partner of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences for their innovative work on behalf of Google Cloud customers over the past year," said Kevin Ichhpurani, Corporate Vice President, Global Partner Ecosystem at Google Cloud. "Our ecosystem of partners is driving tremendous innovation, and BrightInsight's solutions in healthcare and life sciences are a great example. We're proud to provide this award to BrightInsight and look forward to continue building together."
I could not be more proud of the team for being recognized by Google Cloud for the transformative work we are doing with the BrightInsight Platform.
