Kristin leads BrightInsight’s Research function, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation from insight to ideation to execution, while keeping the end-user front and center as the source of truth. This commitment to user-centric insight and design de-risks the digital solutions BrightInsight develops and drives successful adoption at launch. Kristin’s remit includes insight identification, product strategy and market fit (both internally and for customers), marketing content development, sales enablement, product launch support, and managing BrightInsight’s VoC and patient advisor programs.
Kristin brings over a decade of market research leadership in healthcare and life sciences, across many therapeutic categories. With a focus on primary, qualitative methodologies, she has deep expertise in designing and facilitating robust market research programs – with 1,500+ hours of moderating clocked, personally.
Prior to BrightInsight, Kristin was the Partner for the Health arm of industry leader Hall & Partners, responsible for global strategic client engagements, insight workshops, specialty research programs, products, and services. She also served as VP of Market Research at Insight Consulting Group, where she led the organization for 12 years.
Kristin received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
