At BrightInsight, Nicole guides strategic marketing and brand leadership for a mission-driven digital health company focused on improving therapy adherence and patient outcomes worldwide. Her work centers on community-first, evidence-backed marketing that turns brand into growth, operationalizes strategy, and scales connection across complex stakeholder ecosystems. In parallel, she is the founder and owner of The Good Name Guild, a venture dedicated to helping tradespeople protect and grow their reputation online and offline through practical tools, workshops, and done-with-you support.

Since 2020, Nicole has also operated her own consulting practice, working with founders, clinicians, and agency leaders who need sharper positioning, clear narratives, and content systems that move people to act. Her consulting portfolio includes mental health practices, reproductive health brands, and pharmaceutical leaders, where she has built SEO and content systems that increase referral traffic, designed therapist- and consumer-facing content that drives revenue, and led qualitative research and strategic synthesis for category-leading healthcare brands.

Before BrightInsight, Nicole served as Vice President, Brand Marketing at HealthEquity, the nation’s largest provider of Health Savings Accounts, where she led content, communications, market research, and creative design to grow and protect a mission-first brand. There, she built a brand insights function tied to enterprise strategy; led the development of HSAnswers, an AI-powered educational bot that hosted over 100,000 benefits conversations and earned multiple AI awards; and oversaw major initiatives including the WageWorks rebrand and a large-scale social brand advocacy program. Previously, as VP of Marketing at Quilted Health, she led a cross-functional marketing team supporting midwifery-led pregnancy and reproductive care, spanning digital acquisition, product marketing, content, and deep collaboration with clinicians and community partners.

Earlier in her career, Nicole held marketing and community roles at companies such as Yelp, Trusted Health, Dribbble, and others, building her reputation as a leader who combines community, content, and brand to deliver performance-driven yet deeply human marketing. She is known for building cultures of clarity and care, thriving with mission-forward brands, and staying relentlessly curious and data-fluent in how she tests, learns, and scales what works.
